About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Franchise Sales Coordinator to join our growing team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales process for our franchise opportunities, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective franchisees. Based in Metro Manila, you will play a key part in the expansion of our bakery business across the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the entire franchise sales pipeline, from initial enquiries to closing deals
  2. Engage with prospective franchisees, providing them with all the necessary information and support to make informed decisions
  3. Prepare and present franchise proposals, highlighting the unique benefits of our brand and business model
  4. Assist in the onboarding and training of new franchisees to ensure a successful launch
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective franchise promotion strategies
  6. Maintain detailed records of all franchise-related activities and performance metrics
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
