Sago Loco Pearl Shakes is one of Metro Manila's fastest-growing Filipino beverage brands, proudly under BRK Concept Frontiers OPC. We specialize in fun, affordable, high-quality shakes — and we're expanding through franchising.

We're looking for a Franchise Sales Officer who can help us close new franchise partners fast — someone persuasive, energetic, and results-driven.


Job Summary

The Franchise Sales Officer is directly accountable for selling Sago Loco franchise packages to qualified prospects. This is a results-based role: you will manage leads, pitch franchise opportunities, and close deals within a 30-day sales cycle.

This role reports directly to the President and coordinates with the Operations Admin and Accounting teams for contracts, fees, and onboarding.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through social media, referrals, and field prospecting.
  • Respond promptly to franchise inquiries and schedule discovery calls or meetings.
  • Present and explain the Sago Loco franchise business model clearly and convincingly.
  • Conduct franchise orientation, business presentations, and proposal discussions.
  • Prepare and send franchise quotations and agreements for signature.
  • Follow up leads and ensure conversion from inquiry to signed agreement.
  • Maintain and update franchise pipeline tracking sheet.
  • Coordinate with operations for site validation, training, and store launch support.
  • Meet or exceed monthly closing targets set by management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or franchise selling.
  • Must have specific experience in franchise sales exclusively.
  • Proven track record of closing deals (include actual examples in your resume).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both English and Filipino).
  • Confident presenting to entrepreneurs and business owners.
  • Self-starter, persistent, and goal-oriented.
  • Willing to travel locally for franchise meetings and presentations.
  • Must be available for local travel on an as-needed basis for franchise meetings and presentations.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools is a plus.

Compensation and Incentives
  • Base Salary: ₱22,000–₱25,000/month (depending on experience)
  • Commissions: ₱5,000–₱10,000 per closed franchise (tiered by package size)
  • Bonus: ₱10,000 bonus for exceeding 3 closed deals in a month
