Consultant AND Assistant Manager – SAP Production Planning & Quality Management (PPQM)

We are hiring a motivated SAP PPQM Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality implementations. This role requires hands-on configuration experience, strong manufacturing knowledge, and exposure to modern SAP technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Support SAP S/4HANA PP & QM workstreams across discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing
  • Configure PP: Work Centers, Routings, BOMs, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning
  • Configure QM: Inspection Planning, Notifications, Results Recording, Quality Certificates
  • Participate in requirement workshops, FIT-GAP, and functional specs
  • Collaborate with MM, SD, PM, and EWM teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Assist with testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support
  • Work with technical teams on WRICEF objects and solution quality
  • Contribute to projects using SAP Activate and Fit-to-Standard approach

What We're Looking For (Non-negotiable)

  • 4–7 years SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA PP and/or QM implementation (Consultant Level)
  • 7–10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in PP and QM (Assistant Manager Level
  • Strong configuration and process design in PP & QM
  • Good understanding of MRP, production execution, and quality inspection
  • Familiar with SAP Activate and agile delivery
  • Cross-module integration (MM, SD, PM, EWM)
  • Certification Required: SAP S/4HANA PP or QM
  • Plus: Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori, RISE with SAP, and Activate certification
