We're seeking an experienced
Salesforce Application Architect
to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for global clients.


What You'll Do:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement system architecture ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Oversee development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Champion Salesforce best practices and mentor technical team members.


What We're Looking For:

  • Asst Manager Level
    : Senior/Lead Salesforce Dev/Admin (OR 5-7 years minimum SF exp) + Service Cloud exp.
  • Manager
    : Managerial exp handling SF Devs/Admins. Preferred with consulting exp.
  • Associate Director
    : SF Solutioning, Consulting Experience. Senior Manager levels are considered.

Other:

  • Strong expertise in
    Salesforce architecture and design
    (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL).
  • Excellent knowledge of
    Public Sector Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Education Cloud, OmniStudio, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
    , and
  • Familiarity with
    Git, DevOps
    , and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Salesforce certifications such as
    Application Architect, Technical Architect, or System Architect
    are preferred.
