About the role

We are seeking a young but proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior leadership and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  2. Managing the executive's email inbox, filtering and prioritising incoming communications
  3. Conducting research, preparing presentations, and assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed
  4. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
  5. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  6. Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative function

What we're looking for

  1. With prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  6. Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
