Executive/Treasury Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Executive/Treasury Assistant's job duties include helping top executives with scheduling, documentation, managing personal transactions, and handling sensitive responsibilities. She also supports the Treasury department by managing petty cash, assisting with bank transactions, and handling treasury activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Secretary functions:
- Report and assist the top executives on anything that needs to be done.
- Booking/organizing/ planning meetings with the executives and employees.
- Arranging the executive's travel needs, such as flight bookings and hotel accommodations.
- Cascading information from the executive to the different departments in the organization.
- Arranges the budget needed by the executives for their daily meetings and expense report.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the top executives.
Treasury Assistant functions:
- Assist in the preparation and disbursement of checks to respective suppliers or payees, handling petty cash, and other treasury activities that need assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
- With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance, Executive Assistance, or Administrative roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google suite; familiarity with IFCA/QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- With strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- With strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
