Your Role:

  • Oversee and guide regional AP teams to process invoices and expenses efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with policies and internal controls
  • Manage corporate card accounts and perform reconciliations
  • Lead month-end close and reporting activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and international stakeholders
  • Ensure timely government reporting and issue resolution

What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership in AP, managing multiple teams and locations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience handling high invoice volumes and multi-currency transactions
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and improve processes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of international tax regulations (VAT, GST, WHT)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in large or complex organizations
  • Advanced ERP and AP process knowledge
