About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Golden Arrowhead Manpower Services Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated and working efficiently to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all assigned areas
  • Inspect guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of any housekeeping-related concerns
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on housekeeping activities, inventory, and team performance
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of the housekeeping team
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality setting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and act quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with guests, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of housekeeping management software and other relevant technologies
  • Thorough understanding of housekeeping best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure optimal coverage of the property
