Overview Accounts Payable Team Lead at Stagwell National Capital Region, Philippines. This role provides guidance to the Accounts Payable team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Supervises the AP Team and leads the team in Invoice Processing, AP Helpdesk, PO Admin and Supplier Master Admin to ensure timely payments and resolution of issues. Address vendor inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Provide strategic support to achieve operational efficiencies and contribute to decision-making and execution. Prepare and review AP reports to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. Partner and collaborate with process stakeholders to ensure a productive and efficient work process. Ensure strict adherence to all accounts payable requirements; maintain audit-ready and compliant AP processes with accounting standards. Proactively seek improvements in line with strategy and objectives, including system changes and enhancements; document, train, and communicate processes and systems. Establish performance goals for the accounts payable team and provide regular feedback to align with client expectations. Coach and support the accounts payable team to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies. Minimum Qualifications At least 5 years of financial and/or accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role handling global entities (APAC, EMEA, US). Proficient in Word, Excel and Presentation Software. Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and business partners. Advanced ability to ensure quality and production standards are met. Advanced customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance. Creative thinking and performance-minded approach. Strong team orientation with the ability to motivate, coach, and direct others. Must be amenable to a hybrid setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH) in Taguig/Ortigas on a night-shift schedule.
