About the Role:
We are hiring experienced Outbound Sales Representatives to support our U.S.-based healthcare clients. This role involves selling healthcare-related products through outbound calls, lead generation, and account conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to U.S. prospects and existing customers
• Promote and sell healthcare products
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools
• Handle objections and close deals professionally
• Coordinate with team leaders and QA for performance improvements
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–2 years of outbound BPO sales experience
• Experience selling healthcare products is a plus but not required
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with U.S. market sales or customer interaction
• Ability to work U.S. night shifts
• Willing to work onsite in the office
