Job Title: Sales/Events Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Resident Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Actively generate new leads, manage accounts, and nurture relationships with potential clients to meet sales targets.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Oversee and manage the planning and execution of events (corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, etc.) from initial inquiry to successful completion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and event logistics to ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in creating promotional materials and sales campaigns to maximize event bookings.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends and competitor activities to refine the resort's sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality (at least 1-2 years).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Dumaguete market is a plus.
  • Flexible, energetic, and a problem-solver with a positive attitude.
