The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing gadgets, accessories, and related products. This role requires strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets while ensuring a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide assistance with gadget/product inquiries
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions
  • Promote and upsell gadgets, accessories, and service plans to meet sales goals
  • Handle customer concerns and provide after-sales support when necessary
  • Operate POS system for transactions, including cash, card, or e-payments
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and replenished
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and stock arrangement
  • Stay updated on the latest gadgets, technology trends, and promotions
  • Support in-store marketing and promotional activities

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate / College Level in IT-related fields
  • With or without retail experience (experience in gadgets/electronics sales is an advantage)
  • Tech-savvy and interested in gadgets, mobile devices, and technology
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales-driven, persuasive, and approachable
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS is an advantage
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and a good team player
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Work Setup:

  • Store-based (mall or gadget shop)
  • 6-day work week, shifting schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php12, Php13,500.00 per month
