The Role

The
Jr. Accounts Executive

is a dynamic role within the Accounts team, responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and supporting project workflows. This position acts as a key daily contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved efficiently, and all necessary project documentation is accurately and securely managed.

What We're Looking For

  • Technical Proficiency:

Possesses a high level of data accuracy for all reports and documentation. Proficient in preparing meeting materials and distributing minutes in a timely manner. Skilled in collecting, filing, and archiving all campaign-related files and assets.
- Collaboration & Communication:

Acts as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, responding promptly and providing solutions that build trust. Effectively supports internal teams by preparing clear, complete, and accurate briefs with minimal need for clarification.
- Problem-Solving:

Capable of successfully resolving minor client issues and requests independently without the need for escalation.
- Accountability & Ownership:

Demonstrates a strong sense of work ownership, ensuring all reports and documentation are submitted on or before deadline. Actively engages in self-directed learning to continuously improve job-specific skills and industry knowledge.
- Organizational Skills:

Is well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage documentation and assets for multiple campaigns and events with zero missing files during closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring a strong working relationship.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, timely, and complete internal and client-facing reports.
  • Support internal teams by creating clear and complete project briefs.
  • Resolve minor client issues and requests independently.
  • Prepare all necessary meeting materials and distribute meeting minutes and action items within the designated timeframes.
  • Complete all assigned training and engage in continuous, self-directed learning.
  • Collect and file all required approvals, documentation, and assets for each project.
