  • Ensure operational requirements per store location are met.
  • Training and mentoring management store leads.
  • Ensure store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining the managers; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Responsible developing existing retail sales channels and identifying new opportunities to increase revenues.
  • Achieves financial objectives by monitoring and achieving of sales targets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements for feedback to the Chief Operating Officer and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Liaising and building relationships with Primeline Products Philippines Incorporated external customers and partners, specifically retail store heads of SM, Watsons, etc.
  • Ensures availability of merchandise and services by checking inventories during store visits.
  • In conjunction with the Regional Managers, analyze feedback results regarding sales promotions, clearance sales, studying and reporting trends, and competitor activity.
  • Responsible for overseeing mystery shoppers, ensuring that mystery shoppers are adequately qualified and provide high-quality reports.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops at HO, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
  • Excellent understanding and managing of P&L.
  • Regularly reports to management on store operations and presents business plans as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in retail, sales, and operations.
  • Prior work experience with major retailers such as SM, Robinsons, or Landmark is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of personnel management, sales planning, standard operating procedures, budgeting, and accounting.
  • Essential educational qualifications to meet job requirements.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
