Job Description:
- Ensure operational requirements per store location are met.
- Training and mentoring management store leads.
- Ensure store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining the managers; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Responsible developing existing retail sales channels and identifying new opportunities to increase revenues.
- Achieves financial objectives by monitoring and achieving of sales targets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements for feedback to the Chief Operating Officer and appropriate stakeholders.
- Liaising and building relationships with Primeline Products Philippines Incorporated external customers and partners, specifically retail store heads of SM, Watsons, etc.
- Ensures availability of merchandise and services by checking inventories during store visits.
- In conjunction with the Regional Managers, analyze feedback results regarding sales promotions, clearance sales, studying and reporting trends, and competitor activity.
- Responsible for overseeing mystery shoppers, ensuring that mystery shoppers are adequately qualified and provide high-quality reports.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops at HO, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
- Excellent understanding and managing of P&L.
- Regularly reports to management on store operations and presents business plans as required by management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in retail, sales, and operations.
- Prior work experience with major retailers such as SM, Robinsons, or Landmark is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of personnel management, sales planning, standard operating procedures, budgeting, and accounting.
- Essential educational qualifications to meet job requirements.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
