We're Hiring: After Sales Head

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented After Sales Head to lead our after-sales operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the after-sales team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Oversee warranty claims, repairs, and service requests effectively.
Develop training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales management or related field.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
