We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Head to lead our growth initiatives with a competitive salary package of ₱130,000 plus benefits (HMO with dependents starting at Day 1), flexible hybrid setup (1 or 2 days onsite per month), and supportive workplace in Ortigas, Pasig . This role involves driving sales performance, leading marketing strategies, and managing a dynamic team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a leadership role (at least 10 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to create and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Comfortable working in a flexible and hybrid work environment.

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and review sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
  • Guide and mentor team members for professional growth.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
