We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Head of Sales.
The Head of Sales will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in managing pipelines, optimizing sales processes, and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and execute sales strategies that generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline health, track conversion trends, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Develop and refine lead scoring models, sales cadences, and outreach workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Partner with marketing to align messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, pipeline data, and conversion metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic sales initiatives.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to SDR/BDR teams on CRM usage, lead qualification, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen customer acquisition and nurturing strategies.
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- 4–6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in language services, recruitment, or B2B industries.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch to diverse corporate clients.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in both independent and collaborative settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of opportunities.
Company Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - Flexible work schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
- HMO
- Vacation / Sick / Emergency Leaves

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
