Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior HR Head /Business Partner with 15+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years handling international accounts. This role will partner with leadership to drive HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development across the company.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in BPO or Shared Services, experience in managing employees dedicated to international clients, and a strategic mindset to partner with business leaders and account managers.

Key Capabilities and Competencies

  • Exposure to working in a global environment
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives and international operations.
  • Lead recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Mentor HR team members and support organizational development initiatives.

Qualification and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

· Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.

· HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.

· Experience working in an HR shared services environment or centralized HR operations is an advantage.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
