Position: Game Channel Operations

Job Responsibilities:

1.Channel Expansion and Traffic Management

• Be responsible for the daily management of mainstream digital advertising channels in the Philippines (such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, X Ads, etc.);

• Develop localized advertising placement strategies, coordinate materials, copywriting, and conversion path design to maximize ROI.

• Connect with the advertising placement team and media agencies, and establish a traffic closed-loop path across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.

2. User Acquisition and Conversion Path Management

• Analyze the "placement - landing page - conversion - retention" full-chain path, optimize each stage of the funnel;

• Collaborate with user operations and product operations to enhance the activity and LTV of users brought in through the channels.

• Design channel dashboards and regularly output traffic quality analysis reports, identify cheating traffic, invalid traffic, and promptly remove them.

3. Channel Data Analysis and Optimization

• Use GA4, Meta Pixel, and third-party attribution tools to track advertising conversion rates and post-advertising quality.

• Regularly analyze the performance of different materials, audience packages, and time periods, and output optimization suggestions.

• Conduct timely investigations, locate problems, and quickly optimize for fluctuations in placements.

4. Compliance and Risk Prevention

• Understand the local iGaming-related advertising policies and compliance bottom lines, ensuring all引流 paths and activities comply with Pagcor requirements;

5. External Cooperation and Platform Integration

• Establish good relationships with various advertising platforms, media agencies, and creative suppliers;

• Follow platform policies and placement trends, explore new traffic channels and strategies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, media, economics, or management is preferred.

2. At least 2 years of experience in advertising placement, business development, alliance traffic management or online promotion.

3. Prefer candidates with background in the gambling, e-commerce, or mobile game industries.

4. Channel strategy design ability: able to design clear and reasonable advertising placement strategies based on data and business goals.

5. Data analysis and attribution ability: proficient in using tracking tools such as SQL, Looker, Apps flyer, GA.

6. Market sense and localization adaptation ability: familiar with the community ecosystem in the Philippines, understanding of Philippine user behavior and communication culture.

7. Project promotion and cross-departmental communication skills: able to drive the implementation of cross-team tasks (such as system development, page production, reward distribution, etc.).

8. Fluent in English, familiar with the social ecosystem in the Philippines (Facebook Page, Messenger, Telegram groups operation) is preferred.

9. Candidates with experience in manage local KOLs, streamers, guilds, and agency groups in the Philippines are preferred.

10. Both Local and Expat are acceptable.

岗位职责:

1.渠道拓展与流量管理

• 负责菲律宾地区主流数字⼴告渠道(如 Google Ads、Facebook、TikTok、X Ads 等)的⽇常投放 管理;

• 制定本地化⼴告投放策略,协调素材、⽂案与转化路径设计,实现ROI最⼤化;

• 对接⼴告投放团队及媒介,打通 Meta、Google、TikTok等渠道的流量闭环路径。

2.⽤⼾获取与转化路径管理

• 梳理"投放—落地⻚—转化—留存"全链路路径,优化漏⽃各环节;

• 与⽤⼾运营、产品运营协作,提升渠道带⼊⽤⼾的活跃度与LTV。

• 设计渠道看板并定期输出流量质量分析报告,识别作弊流量、⽆效流量并及时清理。

3.渠道数据分析与优化

• 利⽤ GA4、Meta Pixel、第三⽅归因⼯具,跟踪⼴告转化率与投后质量;

• 定期分析不同素材、受众包、时间段的投放表现,输出优化建议;

• 针对投放波动进⾏及时排查、定位问题并快速调优。

4.合规与⻛险防范

• 了解本地iGaming相关⼴告政策与合规底线,确保所有引流路径与活动符合Pagcor要求;

5.外部合作与平台对接

• 与各⼴告平台、媒体代理、创意供应商建⽴良好合作关系;

• 跟进平台政策与投放趋势,挖掘新兴流量渠道与打法。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,市场营销、传媒、经济、管理类专业优先;

2.有⼴告投放、BD拓展、联盟流量管理或线上推⼴经验 2 年以上;

3.电商、⼿游等⾏业背景优先;

4.渠道策略设计能⼒:能从数据和业务⽬标出发,设计清晰合理的⼴告投放策略;

5.数据分析与归因能⼒:熟练使⽤ SQL、Looker、Appsflyer、GA 等追踪⼯具;

6.市场嗅觉与本地化适配能⼒:熟悉菲律宾社区⽣态,理解菲律宾⽤⼾⾏为与传播⽂化;

7.项⽬推进与跨部⻔沟通⼒:能推动跨团队任务落地(如系统开发、⻚⾯制作、奖励发放等);

8.英语流利,熟悉菲律宾社交⽣态(Facebook Page、Messenger、Telegram群体运营)者优先;

9.有与菲律宾本地KOL、主播、公会、代理群体对接经验者优先。

10.本地人或外籍均可接受。
