Creative Design Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Creative Strategy & Art Direction (Creative Strategy & Art Direction)
• Develop the company's overall creative visual content strategy and plan a creative roadmap covering various media such as print, video, and dynamic graphics.
• Provide core creative concepts and artistic direction for key marketing campaigns, brand activities, and product launches, ensuring the high-quality implementation of creative ideas.
• Review and approve all creative outputs as the final quality checkpoint, ensuring their excellence in creativity, brand tone, and technical execution.
• Identify industry trends, design tools, and changes in content consumption habits, driving the iterative and evolutionary process of the creative team.
2. Multi-Media Team Management & Collaboration (Multi-Media Team Management)
• Lead, motivate, and manage a composite creative team (including graphic designers, video editors, motion effect designers, etc.), allocate resources reasonably, and optimize work processes.
• Be responsible for recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and career development of team members, enhancing the team's comprehensive creative capabilities.
• Establish a learning and review culture within the team to promote creative collisions and efficient collaboration among different functions (print/video/content).
• Manage collaborations with external agencies, freelancers (such as directors, photographers, outsourcing post-production) etc.
3. Video & Motion Leadership (Video & Motion Leadership)
• Lead video content strategy: from pre-creative, script conception, storyboard drawing to post-production, providing comprehensive creative guidance and quality control for video projects.
• Control video narrative: ensure that video content effectively conveys brand information and attracts target audiences in terms of narrative rhythm, visual style, and audio-visual experience.
• Manage the entire video production process be familiar with all video production stages, and be able to efficiently manage production budgets, schedules, and team divisions.
4. Cross-Department Strategic Partnership (Strategic Partnership)
• Work closely with market, product, growth, sales department managers to deeply understand business goals and transform them into powerful creative solutions.
• Actively manage requirements, set reasonable expectations, and clearly explain creative strategies and value to colleagues without a design background.
• Manage the budget, software tools, and hardware resources of the creative department.
Requirements:
Must-have:
•Deep and diverse experience: 7 years of creative design experience, with at least 3 years of experience in managing a composite design/video team. Personal portfolio must be provided, clearly showcasing outstanding works and leadership contributions in areas such as graphic design, video/animation, etc.
•Excellent video expertise: Deep video project management experience, proficient in video narrative language, familiar with the production process from pre-production to post-production. Proficient in using mainstream video editing/packaging software (such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
•Strong leadership and strategic thinking: Possess successful team management and talent cultivation experience, able to formulate department-level creative strategies and drive their implementation.
•Proficient in design tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Id), Figma, etc. design software.
•Outstanding communication and influence: Possess top-notch presentation, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to effectively "sell" creative ideas and manage high-level expectations.
•Experience working in a game company.

•Experience in content marketing strategies or social media content planning.
•Background or knowledge in photography, directing, or 3D design.

Education background and experience:
•Bachelor's degree or above in design, film, art, advertising or related fields.
•10+ years of experience in the relevant field, 3+ years of team leadership/management experience.

- 制定公司整体的创意视觉内容战略,规划涵盖平面、视频、动态图形等多媒介的创意路线图。
- 为关键营销战役、品牌活动、产品发布提供核心创意概念和艺术方向,确保创意想法的高水准落地。
- 审核并批准所有创意产出,作为最终的质量关卡,确保其在创意、品牌调性和技术执行上的卓越性。
- 洞察行业趋势、设计工具和内容消费习惯的变化,推动创意团队的迭代与进化。
2. 多媒介团队管理与协作 (Multi-Media Team Management)
- 领导、激励和管理一支复合型创意团队(包括平面设计师、视频编辑、动效设计师等),合理分配资源,优化工作流程。
- 负责团队成员的招聘、培养、绩效评估和职业发展规划,提升团队的综合创作能力。
- 建立团队内部的学习和评审文化,促进不同职能(平面/视频/内容)间的创意碰撞与高效协作。
- 管理与外部agency、自由职业者(如导演、摄影师、外包后期)的合作。
3. 视频与动态内容领导 (Video & Motion Leadership)
- 主导视频内容策略: 从前期创意、脚本构思、故事板绘制到后期制作,为视频项目提供全面的创意指导和质量把控。
- 把控视频叙事: 确保视频内容在叙事节奏、视觉风格、音画体验上能有效传达品牌信息并吸引目标受众。
- 管理视频制作全流程: 熟悉视频制作各个环节,能高效管理制作预算、时间表和团队分工。
4. 跨部门战略合作 (Strategic Partnership)
- 与市场、产品、增长、销售等部门负责人紧密合作,深入理解业务目标,将之转化为强有力的创意解决方案。
- 主动管理需求,设定合理的预期,并向非设计背景的同事清晰地阐述创意策略和价值。
- 管理创意部门的预算、软件工具和硬件资源。
任职要求:
必备条件 (Must-have):
- 深厚且多元的经验: 7年以上创意设计经验,其中至少3年以上管理复合型设计/视频团队的经验。必须提供个人作品集,需清晰展示在平面、视频/动效等领域的杰出作品和领导贡献。
