Position Title: Game Operation Manager

Main Responsibilities:

1. Product Operation & Monetization

● Oversee the entire lifecycle operation planning of designated game products, formulate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly operation strategies and goals (KPIs).

● Conduct in-depth analysis of game data (user behavior, payment data, economic systems, etc.), identify product strengths and issues, propose version optimization and monetization design suggestions, and drive the R&D team to implement them.

● Plan and manage the in-game virtual economic system, monitor resource production and consumption, and maintain a healthy economic ecosystem.

2. Event Planning & Execution

● Plan and execute various in-game and out-of-game operation activities (such as version updates, holiday events, promotional activities, e-sports competitions, etc.) to enhance user engagement, retention, and payment rates.

● Design and write event copy and rules and collaborate with the R&D team to complete event configuration, testing, and launch.

● Monitor event data, analyze event effectiveness (ROI), and conduct post-event reviews to provide optimization directions for future events.

3. Version Management & User Analysis

● Develop and follow up on game version update plans, including version content packaging, preheating, launch, and subsequent data tracking.

● Build user profiles, deeply understand the needs and behaviors of different player segments (such as big spenders, medium spenders, and free players), and formulate differentiated operation strategies.

● Track industry competitor dynamics, conduct competitor analysis, and provide references and strategic suggestions for the operation of our own products.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

● Serve as the core interface of the operation line, maintaining efficient communication and collaboration with R&D (RD), marketing (Marketing), community (Community), and customer service (CS) teams.

● Communicate with R&D: Submit player feedback and data reports, and drive product optimization.

● Communicate with marketing: Collaborate on formulating product promotion plans and buying strategies.

● Communicate with community: Synchronize version and event information, manage player expectations, and handle public opinion crises.

● Communicate with customer service: Synchronize handling of player inquiries and abnormal issues.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

● Daily monitoring of game core data (DAU, MAU, Retention, LTV, ARPPU, ROI, etc.), promptly identify anomalies and analyze causes.

● Regularly write operation reports, clearly reporting product operation status, market trends, and plan to management.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree or above.

● At least 3 years of experience in the game industry operation, with priority given to those who have been fully responsible for the operation of one or more mobile or online games.

● Familiarity with the operation mode and player characteristics of Game Industry is preferred.

● Both Local and Expat are acceptable

Core Competencies:

● Outstanding Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in Excel is a must, and familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL and Python is preferred. Capable of independently extracting, processing, and modeling data to drive data-driven decision-making.

● Deep Player Insight: You must be a seasoned gamer with a profound understanding of player psychology and the essence of gaming enjoyment.

● Exemplary Project Management and Execution: Able to efficiently manage multiple concurrent tasks and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of complex projects.

● Strong Business Acumen: Have a deep understanding of game monetization models (in-app purchases, advertising, etc.) and strive for an efficient return on investment (ROI).

● Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills: Possess strong cross-departmental driving force and resource integration capabilities.

Technical Skills:

● Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel and PPT.

● Familiar with common data analysis platforms, SQL database queries, and game operation tools.

● Personal traits:

● Passionate about the gaming industry, keeping a close eye on popular games both domestically and internationally.

● Result-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent stress resistance, capable of adapting to the fast-paced work environment of the gaming industry.

● 负责活动文案、规则的设计与撰写,并与研发团队协作完成活动配置、测试和上线。

● 监控活动数据,分析活动效果(ROI),并完成活动复盘,为未来活动提供优化方向。

三、 版本管理与用户分析 (Version Management & User Analysis)

● 负责游戏版本更新计划的制定与跟进,包括版本内容包装、预热、上线及后续数据跟踪。

● 构建用户画像,深入洞察不同层级玩家(如大R、中R、免费玩家)的需求与行为,制定差异化的运营策略。

● 跟踪行业竞品动态,进行竞品分析,为自身产品运营提供参考和策略建议。

四、 跨部门协作与沟通 (Cross-functional Collaboration)

● 作为运营线的核心接口,与研发(RD)、市场(Marketing)、社区(Community)、客服(CS) 团队保持高效沟通与协作。

● 与研发沟通:提交玩家反馈和数据报告,推动产品优化。

● 与市场沟通:协同制定产品推广计划与买量策略。

● 与社区沟通:同步版本与活动信息,管理玩家预期,处理舆情危机。

● 与客服沟通:同步处理玩家咨询与异常问题。

五、 数据分析与报告 (Data Analysis & Reporting)

● 定期撰写运营报告,向管理层清晰汇报产品运营状况、市场趋势和未来计划。
