Responsibilities:
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Coordinate all public relations activities
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding
- communication strategy surrounding them.
Requirements:
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in public relations, with previous work experience in public relations departments of PR firms or well-known enterprises.
- Media Resources: Possess a vast network of media resources, especially in fields such as [e.g.: technology, finance, consumer goods], and have successful media coverage cases.
- Outstanding Writing Skills: Have excellent written communication skills in both Chinese and English, and be able to independently write high-quality public relations documents such as press releases and speeches.
- Crisis Management Skills: Have practical experience in crisis public relations, and be able to handle sudden situations calmly and rationally.
- Strategic and Execution Skills: Possess strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Have public relations experience in the gaming industry.
- Have relevant experience in government relations (GR) or investor relations (IR).
Priority consideration (Nice-to-have)
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using sentiment monitoring systems (such as Cision, Meltwater, etc.) and media databases.

- 媒体资源: 拥有丰富的媒体资源网络,特别是在[如:科技、财经、消费等]领域,并有成功的媒体报道案例。
- 卓越的写作能力: 具备出色的中英文书面表达能力,能独立撰写高质量的新闻稿、讲话稿等公关文书。
- 危机处理能力: 具备危机公关实战经验,能沉着、冷静地应对突发情况。
- 战略与执行: 兼具战略思维和强大的执行力,能同时管理多个项目并按时交付高质量成果。
- 具备在游戏行业的公关经验。
- 拥有政府关系(GR)或投资者关系(IR)的相关经验。
