We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Esports Gaming Business Developer to grow our network of gamer streamers and agency managers. The role will focus on building partnerships, recruiting top gaming talent, managing agency relations, implementing platform policies, and organizing events to engage and expand our gaming community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Recruitment: Identify, attract, and onboard gamer streamers and agencies managing streamers to our platform.
  • Agency Management: Build strong relationships with agency managers to ensure successful collaboration and retention of their talents.
  • Policy Communication: Effectively discuss and implement company policies with agencies and streamers to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  • Event Development: Plan, organize, and execute online events, tournaments, and campaigns that increase engagement and visibility for streamers.
  • Market Research: Monitor gaming industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Business Growth: Drive performance metrics by meeting recruitment and retention targets for streamers and agencies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure alignment and maximize streamer success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Esports Management, or related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
  • Proven experience in business development, talent acquisition, or esports/gaming industry.
  • Strong network in the esports, live streaming, or gaming community is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute online events or campaigns.
  • Passion for gaming, esports, and digital entertainment.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
