Responsibilities:

  • Interpret creative direction: Adapt the points from a creative brief into persuasive copy.
  • Propose concepts for copy: Present along with the underlying strategy to the company's leadership
  • Collaborate: Work with many people from PR, Digital and Brand
  • Produce error-free content: Content must be high-quality and in adherence with the company's style guide
  • Write social media content: Produce content that shows or reflects the company's brand or voice.
  • Manage multiple projects: Juggle multiple projects, typically with short deadlines.
  • Writes executive speeches for the Management team.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Chinese, journalism, advertising, communication, marketing, etc. is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation or editing, with experience in the internet and gaming industries being preferred.
  • Please be sure to provide your portfolio.
  • Outstanding writing skills and language proficiency, capable of writing different styles and for different purposes (such as heartfelt story type, sharp sales type, light internet-sense type).
  • Strategic thinking: Understanding that copywriting is not just flowery words, but a tool to achieve business goals (such as brand recognition, new customer acquisition, conversion). Understanding the psychology of users.
  • Strong creativity and storytelling ability: Good at capturing inspiration, able to transform ordinary product features into vivid, interesting and captivating stories.
  • "Internet sense" and insight into popular culture: Familiar with the internet context, able to quickly capture hotspots and use them skillfully for the brand. Proficient in various online popular styles and memes.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulousness: Extreme pursuit of grammar, punctuation, and word usage, with excellent proofreading and polishing skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Able to clearly express creative ideas, humbly accept feedback, and efficiently collaborate with colleagues from different departments.

  • Have basic knowledge of SEO and understand how to write content that is beneficial for search engine crawling.
  • Have basic skills in image editing or video scriptwriting.
  • Have the ability to write in English or have experience in overseas projects.

  • 策略性思维: 理解文案不只是华丽的辞藻,而是为实现商业目标(如品牌认知、拉新、转化)服务的工具。懂得洞察用户心理。
  • 极强的创意和讲故事能力: 善于捕捉灵感,能将平凡的产品卖点转化为生动有趣、引人入胜的故事。
  • "网感"与流行文化洞察: 熟悉互联网语境,能快速捕捉热点,并巧妙地为品牌所用。精通各种网络流行文体和梗。
  • 细节控与严谨性: 对语法、标点、用词有极致的追求,具备优秀的校对和打磨能力。
