Job Position: Admin & Contract Administrator
Work Setup: Onsite
Location: Quezon City
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PH Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Construction Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction and proven administrative skills. Youll be supporting the team with key documentation, compliance, and contract administration duties, playing a critical part in the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain construction safety documentation (OH&S, pre-start tasks, SWMS, etc.)
- Assist with contract administration, including preparation and tracking of contracts
- Ensure administrative compliance with construction standards and project requirements
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone; respond to queries efficiently
- Use platforms such as HammerTech and Bid Contender (experience preferred but not essential)
- Complete basic social media updates using Thrive (no advanced marketing required)
- Support other administrative duties as required by the team
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or contract administration role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of the construction industry is essential
- Proven ability to manage OH&S compliance, safety documentation, and pre-start processes
- Basic accounting knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- Experience with construction platforms such as HammerTech and Bid Contender is beneficial
- Proficient in email communication and handling client queries in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
