Our client is an established international construction and engineering group with operations across Southeast Asia, delivering large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects. In the Philippines, the company works through a local partner, collaborating closely with shared services teams in finance, HR, and procurement.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to support our construction project. The role will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts and related documentation, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or project administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The role will be based initially in Manila office and will later transition to the project site in Iloilo once construction begins.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and related documents
- Track and monitor contract changes, updates, and compliance with terms
- Assist in resolving contract-related issues or disputes
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all contracts
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, and legal teams to support project execution
- Facilitate payment processing and contract close-out activities
- Support project documentation, correspondence, and reporting
- Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience in construction or project administration is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of construction contracts and project processes
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management tools
- Willing to be based in Manila office during the pre-project phase.
- Willing to be assigned full-time at the project site in Iloilo once the project commences.
For this position, the client's budget is between 45, ,000 PHP /month based on experience.
