Job Description
Be part of our client's team as a Contract Administrator, handling inquiries from Sales Representatives, Managers, and Customers with professionalism and accuracy. You'll manage contract setups, renewals, and modifications while ensuring exceptional service through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams chat-driving efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across all contract processes.

The Qualifications We Seek
Experience and Knowledge
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Oracle experience preferred but not required

Your Daily Tasks
- Respond to contract inquiries and process contract setups or modifications promptly and professionally
- Handle interactions with Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Customers through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams chat
- Identify and fulfill contract needs to ensure customer and sales satisfaction
- Process contract shipping orders, renewals, and updates accurately
- Update and maintain customer information as needed for contract records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex contract or customer issues
- Track and monitor contract order status upon request from customers and sales representatives
