Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a local collections team by developing effective systems, standards, and operational processes.
  • Drive collection performance by taking full ownership of recovery rate outcomes and implementing data-driven improvement initiatives.
  • Support regional management with daily on-site operations and decision-making through performance monitoring and analytics.
  • Develop team capabilities via coaching, training sessions, and team culture enhancement activities.
  • Oversee on-site operational management, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading a collection team, preferably in the financial services or FinTech sector.
  • Proven ability to manage teams of 50+ members, with strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English; able to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and accountable, with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
