  • Attends to the approval of customer's return claim. Ensures that claims are within return policy.
  • Validates request for pull out. Extension of check and monitors bounced checks and customer's return checks as to compliance with agreed terms.
  • Prepares request for legal services for the collections of bad debts. Ensures the details are accurate and complete.
  • Updates and prepares accurate and timely Advance Payment Update summary for concerned customers. Ensures that all deductions and adjustments are included on the updates.
  • Monitors submission of Withholding Tax Certificate of customers. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the details indicated on BIR 2307.
  • Prepares accurate and timely monthly office sales commission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any 4-years Accounting related courses.
  • With minimum of 1 year experience in Credit and Collection or Geneal Accounting and supervisory position.
  • Has analytical skills, keen into details, excellent communication and interpersonal skill and computer literate.
