Role Description
- Assists the Finance Manager in handling the building's financial transactions and reports.
- Collects payments from residents and issues official and provisional receipts.
- Prepares and updates financial reports, statements of account, and daily cash journals.
- Sends payment reminders to residents and addresses billing-related inquiries.
- Ensures accuracy of financial records and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor..
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Invoicing and related processes
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and decision-making
- Knowledgeable in doing emails
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with financial tools and software platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
