The Job
Billease is building the most technologically advanced, AI-driven collections shop in the Philippines. We are now hiring a tech-savvy Collections Supervisor.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of collection specialists.

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high team performance.

  • Grow the team to 300 FTEs within 2 years.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.

  • Set clear KPIs and track progress consistently.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Identify and mitigate risks in the collections process.

  • Partner with the risk team to enhance credit risk models and strategies.

Customer Engagement:

  • Implement customer-centric communication approaches.

  • Engage delinquent customers respectfully and empathetically.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Mid to Senior Level: 3 to 

    5 years in a similar role in the same industry

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Onsite Work Required: Must be able and willing to work onsite
