We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and shape the future of our workforce. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, HR, and business units to ensure our hiring practices align with long-term business goals and reflect our values and culture.

Only candidates currently residing in San Fernando, Pampanga or nearby areas in Luzon will be considered, as this role requires onsite presence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and lead a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that supports workforce planning and business growth.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing recruitment team focused on innovation, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to anticipate hiring needs and create scalable recruitment plans.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings and sourcing to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Define and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and inclusive hiring practices across all departments and locations.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the market.
  • Elevate the candidate experience by implementing best-in-class communication, feedback, and engagement practices.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to attract diverse talent.

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Leverage recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms) and data analytics to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment systems and processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Explore and implement AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing and candidate management.

Stakeholder Partnerships & Compliance

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with recruitment service providers.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws, diversity and inclusion standards, and internal policies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale recruitment initiatives across multiple departments or regions.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, workforce planning, and employer branding.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and data analytics tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring with business goals.
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
