The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will own and drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for MCI in the Philippines. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and scaling recruitment operations in a fast-growing, global environment
Only candidates currently residing in San Fernando, Pampanga or nearby areas in Luzon will be considered, as this role requires onsite presence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels and functions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs and create workforce plans.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously improve processes.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to position MCI as an employer of choice.
- Partner with HR and leadership to align TA strategy with organizational goals.
- Oversee compliance with local labor laws and global recruitment standards.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Master's degree or relevant HR/Talent Management certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role.
- Experience managing recruitment at a director-level scope, including strategy, team leadership, and budget management.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, labor market trends, and employer branding.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to implement scalable processes and drive recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
