As a Sr Recruitment Manager, you will set the path to success by creating procedures for recruiting that will result in hiring quality talent. You are also expected to:
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop a flexible recruiting team;
- Coach and mentor recruiters to successfully achieve objectives and enhance recruiting skills;
- Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants;
- Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans;
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees;
- Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers' needs, establishing strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business;
- Develop and administer policies, procedures, controls, and best practices;
- Assist in determining and administering recruiting budget;
- Manage the administration of wage programs including performance management, career progression, and merit reviews; and
- Lead global recruiting projects as needed.
Required Skills/Education
- Graduate of Human Resource Management/Psychology/Behavioral science or any related field preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in Recruiting with leadership experience.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- High sense of urgency and strong follow-through.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
