Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager based in San Fernando. The Sourcing Manager will oversee the sourcing and recruitment process, including identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. The role will involve building relationships with key business partners, managing talent pipelines, and ensuring that the cooperative's recruitment strategies align with organizational goals. Additional tasks include developing sourcing strategies and maintaining recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Recruitment, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in Relationship Management and Stakeholder Communication
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and the ability to create reports and track sourcing metrics
  • Knowledge of HR Processes and Compliance Regulations related to recruitment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic working environments and meet deadlines
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a cooperative or similar organization is a plus
