Company Description

Steelhawk Security Agency is composed of rigorously screened and qualified licensed guards who receive clearances from relevant government agencies. Both directors and staff are experienced security personnel, many with long-standing involvement in the security industry. The agency also receives consultancy from retired Generals and active officers of the Philippine National Police to ensure modern training and security procedures.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Collector, located in Metro Manila. The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting clients to pursue and recover outstanding debts, negotiating payment terms, maintaining accurate records of collections and communications, and ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations and company policies. Strong communication skills and an ability to handle challenging situations professionally are essential in this role.

Qualifications

  • Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Computer Literacy and proficiency in using relevant software
  • Basic understanding of Finance
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in debt collection or related field is preferred
