About the role

As a Collector at BEARING CENTER & MACHINERY, INC.', you will play a critical role in managing the company's accounts receivable and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions
  2. Collaborating with the finance team to identify and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
  3. Providing regular reports on the status of accounts receivable and collection efforts
  4. Developing and implementing effective collection strategies to improve the company's cash flow
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection practices

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a collection or accounts receivable role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Must have a Professional Driver's License
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payment issues
  5. Proficient in using financial software and tools to track and manage accounts receivable
  6. Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve department and company goals
