Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Senior IT Project Managers to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key technology initiatives that align with enterprise goals. This includes ERP rollouts, system integrations, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SAP (S/4HANA, ECC 6.0, and other SAP solutions), Salesforce, Oracle, ERP systems, and Data Management Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specifications.
  • Drive ERP implementations, system integrations, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Apply project governance, change management, and stakeholder communication best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and risk management principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is a plus.
  • 7–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years handling strategic or enterprise-scale projects in the Philippines or regional settings.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems (ERP, CRM, infrastructure) and integration best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Currently on a hybrid setup, with offices located in Ortigas and Novaliches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php170,000.00 per month
