About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to oversee key initiatives and ensure the efficient operation of our core departments. In this role, you will report directly to the COO and be instrumental in coordinating efforts across Marketing, Customer Support, and Developmers. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional player experiences and achieve our business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Oversight: Work closely with the COO to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate projects involving Marketing, Customer Support, and Developers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for developers and other key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Performance Analysis: Track project performance, analyze data, and provide insights to the COO on efficiency, impact, and areas for improvement across various functions.

What You Should Have

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, customer support, and software development processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
