Job Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to support key initiatives within Digital Technology. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in project management, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Scope of Work:

  • Research and develop technical requirements for Service Management integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365.
  • Gather, draft, review, edit, and publish procedural guidelines and advisories for various audiences in relation to project scope.
  • Create user-friendly documentation and standardize technical content for Service Management processes.
  • Conduct research and create guidelines and advisories related to system integrations.
