We are seeking a Project Manager with strong analytical and process-oriented skills to lead initiatives focused on process improvement, flow mapping, reporting, and dashboard management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations and project execution—ensuring that all workflows are clearly defined, monitored, and optimized for efficiency and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Delivery
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and ensure proper documentation and governance.
  • Process Flow Mapping
  • Analyze, document, and visualize existing business processes using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
  • Design and implement optimized process flows that improve efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and support automation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather input, validate process maps, and align stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Dashboards
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key project and operational metrics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Provide data-driven insights and status updates to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of project data across all reporting platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization across multiple teams and projects.
  • Implement performance metrics and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Drive the standardization of reporting and workflow templates across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Process Improvement Lead.
  • Strong expertise in process mapping, data visualization, and dashboard creation.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Hands-on experience with project and analytics tools such as:
  • Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet (for project tracking)
  • Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (for reporting and dashboards)
  • Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro (for process flow mapping)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
