Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of multiple IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing cross-functional teams and communicating with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks proactively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, infrastructure, QA, etc.) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with business objectives and IT strategy.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and set clear expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and post-project evaluations.
  • Implement best practices and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in a banking systems project and/or industry
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or equivalent).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing software development, infrastructure, or cloud migration projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or matrixed environment.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3-12 months

Pay: Up to Php170,000.00 per month
