Senior IT Analyst

Work Location: Ortigas

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week Onsite)

Work Schedule: Day Shift (8AM - 5PM)

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

• Perform systems design work to develop applications that meet business requirements.
• Provide regular guidance, training, and mentorship to less experienced systems analysts.
• Ensure timely development and ongoing maintenance of the company-wide ERP Financial System.
• Extract and analyze data, create reports, and perform system analysis for ERP Financial solutions.
• Write reports and create queries related to ERP Financial source system data.
• Update and manage ERP Financial application system documentation.
• Prepare process and user training documentation for ERP Financial system implementation.
• Prepare complex system specifications to meet user requirements.
• Perform systems testing across multiple modules within the system.
• Maintain a solid understanding of the business or function for which the application is designed.

Relevant Experience and Other Requirements

• Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level.
• At least five (5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including two (2) years of user-facing experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in ERP Financials.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, including facilitation, elicitation, training, documentation, and presentation skills for meetings, trainings, and workshops.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
• Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC/Agile frameworks and their application in system development projects.
• Well-developed understanding of business administration, operational policies, work programs, and relevant procedures.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to:
• Conduct independent research;
• Analyze complex problems by breaking them down into manageable components;
• Anticipate obstacles and plan next steps effectively.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Define application problems by consulting with clients and evaluating procedures and processes.
• Control solution delivery by establishing specifications and coordinating production with programmers.
• Ensure effective operation by training users and providing technical support.
• Participate in formal and on-the-job training in systems analysis, programming, and interpersonal skill

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
