Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to ensuring customer success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Monitoring:

  • Consistently send Statements of Account to customers.
  • Reconcile and prepare Collection Letters for accounts with outstanding balances.
  • Ensure customers improve their payment habits.
  • Maintain accurate reports of Accounts Receivable and counters.
  • Assist in scheduled closing activities.

Collection Monitoring:

  • Conduct collection follow-ups through calls or site visits to customers.
  • Maintain updated reports on customer collections.

Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) Monitoring:

  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding CWT balances.
  • Ensure proper collection and documentation of CWT.

Individual and Team Development:

  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to maximize productivity.
  • Continuously think of innovative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular feedback to address issues and enhance team performance.

Job Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications or related software.
  • Willing to work 100% onsite at DMVC Warehouse, Aqua Bldg D, Brgy Loboc Boundary Lapaz, Iloilo. Near PPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php20,000.00 per month
