About the role

Asia's Best Industrial Sales Corp' is seeking a talented and dedicated Credit and Collection Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and will play a crucial part in managing our accounts receivable and credit control processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Diligently monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any billing or payment issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit and collection activities
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to identify and address credit risks
  • Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures
  • Provide regular reports on the status of accounts receivable and collection activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the credit and collection processes
  • Must have experience in LEGAL MATTERS.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit management, collections, or a similar role within the Accounting and Finance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to your work
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Graduate of Bachelor of ACCOUNTANCY.
