  • Filling fo Deductions Attachment – Returns/BO, Listing Fee, etc
  • Photocopy of national accounts for transmit to HO
  • Help C&C officer pull out Invoices subject for reconciliations

  • Can help follow up Customers for collections
  • Preparation of Customer's Credit Investigation report
  • Checking of Documentations for new Accounts
  • Checking of Billing for 3P Manpower
  • Preparation of Itinerary Report for UBP Motorized Collectors
  • Filling of Billed Payables and EWTs per Supplier
  • Filling of Cash and Check Summary report
