About the role

Here in Iloilo Southprime Developers Inc., a Credit and Collection Specialist is responsible for monitoring of accounts for overdue payments, contacts customers to recover outstanding debts, negotiates payment plans, and resolves billing discrepancies.

What you'll do

  • Review and/or Create Standard / Special Package Computations
  • Remind buyers of equity payments prior to the payment due date
  • Process payments (Cash/PDC/Remittance) issues Acknowledgement Receipts
  • Send out payment acknowledgments
  • Generate and send out Statement of Accounts – Quarterly
  • Monitor all accounts monthly to identify overdue payments
  • Contact clients to resolve overdue payments
  • Serve timely Notices & Cancellation letters
  • Coordinate with Finance for the deposit of the daily collection
  • Process refunds
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Prepare and validate Broker Marketing Incentives
  • Prepare Credit and Collection related documents for Loan Application, Loan Difference, In-House Financing, and Turnover
  • Collect Membership Fees when applicable
  • Keep track and collect Real Property Tax when applicable
  • Keep collection records accurate and updated
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

What we're looking for

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance Management, Accountancy, Banking and Finance, or any related field.
  • With at least two (2) years of related working experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
