About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit and Collection Staff to join our dynamic team at Asia's Best Industrial Sales Corp'. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
  2. Actively follow up on overdue invoices and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
  3. Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers to ensure timely collections
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any billing discrepancies or customer disputes
  5. Assist in the preparation of aging reports and other financial statements
  6. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to credit and collections
  8. Collaborate with collectors
  9. Check daily collection reports from collector
  10. Prepare statement of account

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficiency in using MICROSOFT EXCEL
  5. Understanding of accounting principles and credit management best practices
  6. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  7. Knowledge of the Accounting and Accounts Receivable/Credit Control industries
  8. No Visible tattoo
  9. Long term employment
