Salary & Benefits:

Job Summary:

The Project-Based Manpower Support for WMS Preparation will assist the warehouse and logistics teams in gathering, verifying, and organizing product and operational data in preparation for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation. The role focuses on accurate data collection, documentation, and coordination with various departments to ensure readiness and smooth system transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate product specifications, including dimensions, weights, storage requirements, and handling details.
  • Conduct data verification and validation of existing product and inventory information in coordination with warehouse and inventory personnel.
  • Assist in the creation and standardization of master data templates for WMS upload.
  • Support labeling, barcode verification, and other pre-implementation activities required for WMS setup.
  • Coordinate with IT, warehouse operations, and suppliers for any missing or inconsistent data.
  • Document and organize process flows, SKU lists, and warehouse mapping required for WMS configuration.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support related to WMS preparation (e.g., data entry, file management, report generation).
  • Participate in system testing or data validation activities as needed before go-live.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and completeness of all information handled.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • With experience or exposure in warehouse operations, inventory management, or system data handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data encoding.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet project deadlines.
